Tambling Sentencing

On Thursday, August 02, 2018, Defendant Wayne Victor-William Tambling was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County on the three counts of Capturing an Image of an Unclothed Person, three counts of Computer – Unauthorized Access, and three counts of Using a Computer to Commit a Crime stemming from his guilty pleas on June 4, 2018.

Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced Defendant Tambling to three to five years for each of the three counts of Capturing an Image of an Unclothed Person, three to five years for each of the three counts of Computer – Unauthorized Access which will be concurrent to the prior three counts, and three to seven years for each of the three counts of Using a Computer to Commit a Crime which will be consecutive to begin at the end of the first six counts.

Chief Assistant Stuart Fenton handled the case for the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Emmet County Prosecuting Attorney James Linderman would also like to that the Michigan State Police for their thorough investigation of this matter.
