The Emmet County Land Bank Authority and the City of Petoskey are seeking qualified individuals to develop a lot owned by the Emmet County Land Bank Authority within the City of Petoskey into an owner-occupied single family residence(s).
The goal of the City and the County is to have new quality single family construction that will enhance the Old Town Emmet Neighborhood. The development of this property provides a needed opportunity for new market-rate housing in the neighborhood.
