Emmet County Prosecuting Attorney James Linderman announced that one Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, defendant Logan Robert Zeedyk was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County on the two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree (person under 13, defendant 17 years of age or older) stemming from his no-contest pleas on Jan. 7, 2020.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced defendant Zeedyk to 25 to 50 years for each count of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree (person under 13, defendant 17 years of age or older), all sentences to be served concurrently.
