Emmet County Prosecuting Attorney James Linderman announced that on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, defendant Logan Robert Zeedyk pled no-contest to two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree (person under 13, defendant 17 years of age or older). This case was investigated by the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office.
Defendant Zeedyk is tentatively scheduled to be sentenced on February 13, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. in the 57th Circuit Court for Emmet County.
