    Emmet County Department of Health & Human Services board will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, in the conference room of the main building at the Harbor Springs Airport (8350 M-119, Harbor Springs). This meeting was originally scheduled to be held in the conference room at Bay Bluffs, but has had the location changed due to visitation restrictions at Bay Bluffs to protect against the spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.
