Emmet County Prosecuting Attorney James Linderman announced that on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, Defendant Diana Joan Lechowicz-Johnson, was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court on the one count of Embezzlement-Agent or Trustee $1,000.00 or More But Less Than $20,000.00 stemming from her guilty plea on May 24, 2016.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced Defendant Lechowicz-Johnson to six months in the Emmet County jail with four months to be served forthwith and credit for one day; 500 hours of community service; five years probation; $128,817.95 in restitution; and court fines and costs.
