On Tuesday, May 22, 2018, Defendant Benjamin Ray Jett was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County on the two counts of Filing a False Report of a Felony stemming from his guilty plea on April 19, 2018.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced Defendant Jett to 2 years of probation; 12 months jail with 62 days credit and 10 months to be served immediately.
