Emmet County Prosecuting Attorney James Linderman announced that on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, Defendant Charles Huges Jamroz, was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court on the one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct – Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Penetration stemming from his guilty plea on June 7, 2016.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced Defendant Jamroz to the Michigan Department of Correction for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 10 years.
