On Tuesday, January 8, 2019, Defendant Holly Kaye Hibbler was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County on the charge of Reckless Driving Causing Death stemming from her no contest plea on November 28, 2018.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced Defendant Hibbler to 10 to 15 years in with the Michigan Department of Corrections.
