On April 19, 2016, Defendant Susan Gail Graham was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court on the one count of Operating with the Presence of a Controlled Substance-3rd Offense stemming from her guilty plea on March 3, 2016.
Circuit Court Judge Charles Johnson sentenced Defendant Graham to 12 months jail and probation for 5 years.
