Notice of Public Accuracy Test of Voting Equipment

To the qualified electors of Emmet County, State of Michigan: Notice is hereby given that a Public Accuracy Test for the electronic equipment that will be used for early voting for the November 5, 2024 General Election is scheduled for October 17, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. at the V.F.W. Hall, 599 W. Conway Rd. Harbor Springs, MI 49740. The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the computer programming used to tabulate the votes cast at the election meets the requirements of Michigan election law.
