The Michigan PFAS Action Response Team (MPART) is inviting the public to attend an online community meeting on the continuing PFAS investigation in Pellston. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 11, starting at 6 pm. using the virtual meeting platform Zoom. The online community meeting will include presentations and updates on the investigation from the Michigan Departments of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) and Health and Human Services (MDHHS), and the Health Department of Northwest Michigan (HDNW). To view and/or participate in the meeting, visit this website. You don’t need to pre-register or provide your name to attend the meeting. If you don’t have internet access and would like to join by phone, please call 636-651-3142 on August 11 at 6 p.m. and enter the conference code 374288#. You will be able to hear the meeting but won’t be able to see the presentations.
