On Tuesday, August 7, 2018, Erica Lynn Andersson was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County on the charge of Conducting a Criminal Enterprise from her guilty plea on June 14, 2018.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced Defendant Andersson to 25 months to 20 years with the Michigan Department of Corrections.
