The Essence of Emmet historical magazine, Part 4, is now available to the public! This is the fourth and final issue of an historical magazine series published by the Essence of Emmet collaborative, a group of organizations and individuals interested in working together to promote and preserve the unique history of Northwest Michigan.

If you live in Emmet County, we are not mailing Part 4 (or prior issues), but there are MANY places throughout the county where you can now pick up copies of the entire four-part series. Here’s where:

REPRINTS OF PRIOR ISSUES: We have a very limited supply of Parts 1 and 2; we have an ample supply of Parts 3 and 4. You can pick up copies of all four parts at any of the above locations.
If you have already signed up for copies to be mailed, you do not need to contact the Communications office again. MAILED COPIES for those who signed up to be on the mailing list will be sent out in the next week to two weeks. It is too late to be added to the mailing list.
