On March 21, 2016, Defendant Joshua Allen-Anthony Johnson was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County on one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct-Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Penetration involving a minor victim in October 2015. The Defendant’s sentence stems from his guilty plea on January 5, 2016.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced Defendant Johnson to a minimum sentence of 20 months and a maximum of 10 years.
