Zonta Fashion Show Fundraiser
The Petoskey Chapter of Zonta International invites the public to their
40th Annual Fashion Show
The Fashion Show, themed “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend,” will highlight the latest fall and winter fashions from more than 28 retailers in the Petoskey area, and include an elegant lunch, entertainment, a silent auction and a gift basket raffle. This year all attendees will be entered into a drawing for a $2,500 piece of diamond jewelry donated by Arlington Jewelers.
Each year, the Petoskey chapter of Zonta gives over $10,000 to organizations that improve the status of women and girls. Such notable institutions as the Women’s Resource Center, Paper Pantry Ministry, Manna Food Project, Ottawa Elementary School, Maternal Infant Health program, North Central Michigan College and more receive support through both contributions and volunteer time. The Fashion Show is one of two fundraisers each year that provide that much needed support.
Tickets are $40 each and tables are available in 8-tops and 10-tops. Zonta hopes to double its attendance from 2011 to 400 attendees, and tickets are already selling fast. Make your reservations early!
Come join us for fun, food, fashions and fabulous auction items and support our efforts to advance the status of women and girls. This event is proudly sponsored by Odawa Casino Resort, Arlington Jewelers, Jet’s Pizza, Martinson & Driscoll DDS, Fifth Third Bank , Petoskey Plastics, The Bank of Northern Michigan, McLaren Northern Michigan and Independence Village.
