On February 16, 2016, Defendant Johnathan Frederick Harrington was sentenced by 57th Circuit Court on the one count of Controlled Substance-Possession of Cocaine and one count of Controlled Substance-Possession of LSD stemming from his guilty plea on December 30, 2015.
Circuit Court Judge Charles Johnson sentenced Defendant Harrington to 11 months jail with 9 months to be served forthwith and probation for 2 years.
The case was handled by Chief Assistant Stuart Fenton for the Emmet County Prosecutor’s Office and investigated by the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement.
