Country star JUSTIN MOORE will headline the 2013 Emmet-Charlevoix County Fair!

The Emmet-Charlevoix County Fair is pleased to welcome country recording artist JUSTIN MOORE to the grandstand on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, during the 109th annual fair. Showtime is 7 p.m.
