The deadline for filing to run for a seat on the Emmet County Board of Commissioners or for any elected County Official position was Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Emmet County Clerk Juli Wallin has provided a listing of those who have filed for the seats; they are attached below as PDFs. The Primary Election will take place Aug. 2, 2016.
